Growing up in Fairfax County, Greg has seen the landscape and real estate of Northern Virginia evolve to what it is today. Greg went to Robinson High School where he was a 4-year Letterman on the soccer team. He then went to George Mason University where he studied communications and played on the soccer team for legendary coach, Gordon Bradley. After college, he used his communication skills in the areas of sales and management, which ultimately led him to a field he was passionate about, real estate. Greg’s real estate career started as a general agent in Fairfax County. He then went on to become one of the most successful agents in the new home industry while representing Toll Brothers. In 2005, Greg decided to start building his own real estate business and formed The Greg Wells Team. In 2013, the Team was recognized by RE/MAX as one of the "Top 100 Worldwide" real estate entities. In 2017, Greg decided to move his team to Keller Williams Realty (The #1 Real Estate brokerage in the world) where he has found continued success. Greg became an Associate Broker in 2019 and continues to focus on the importance of education and care to better serve our clients. Greg has now been successfully selling real estate for 25 years and has helped over 1000 families with their real estate needs.
